Perfect Fall Recipe: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread
Credit for this SCRUMPTIOUS recipe goes to my friend Tami. These are SOOOO good. Stick a loaf in the freezer and eat it cold later and it's awesome!
3 c sugar
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 c oil (you can use less or subst. applesauce but Ithink it makes it dry)
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 T cinnamon
1 T nutmeg
1 t cloves
2 t baking soda
1 1/2 t salt
1 c semisweet choco chips (or more)
Mix wet ingredients together, add in dry, pour into 3 greased loaf pans and bake 50 - 60 min at 350

I made this yesterday and it is SO tasty! It's a perfect bread for the holidays, and the recipe makes 3 loaves! You can't beat that.
